Where is Ukraine located? What city are you from?

Ukraine is located in the south-eastern part of Central Europe. Ukraine borders on Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Slovakia, Rumunia, Hungary and Poland on land and Russia, Georgia, Bulgaria, Rumunia and Turkey on sea. The capital city of Ukraine is Kiev.

We are located in Dnepropetrovsk (you can also meet "Dnyepropetrovsk", "Dniepropetrovs'k" or "Dnepropetrovs'k"), the city in the central part of Ukraine with population of about 1 million people.

How can I control the work on my project?

We keep in touch with the clients through e-mail and instant messengers, such as ICQ, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger. We inform you about the amount of work that has been completed and intermediate results, as well as discuss changes and proposals.

Can the economy of Ukraine or political events prevent you to deliver my project in time?

The events must be very significant for us to stop working, like a major earthquake for example. But there have been no such earthquakes in Ukrainian history, to be honest.

Clients and our business are important for us. There are projects deadlines which we have to keep in any situation. However, it doesn't mean that we don't care what happens in our country - each employee has free time and can spend it on what he thinks is the best.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?

Sometimes our clients ask us not to disclose any information about the project we are involved in or to keep the ownership for the developed software to themselves. To meet these requirements we sign and send non-disclosure agreement by fax, e-mail or by mail, and pass to the client all the rights on the software developed by us.

What is the influence of outsourcing on my country?

Please view the report of American Electronics Association ? "Offshore Outsourcing in an Increasingly Competitive and Rapidly Changing World: A High-Tech Perspective." In particular, it says:

"Many jobs lost over the past three years are more attributable to a much weaker domestic and international economy and dramatic increases in productivity than to offshore outsourcing."
