The new alpha version of AutomateIT! was released recently - v. 0.9.5.
We've made some improvements and add the support of the new methods and properties:
- CHPageBreaks::Add
- COORows::put_IsStartOfNewPage
- COORows::get_IsStartOfNewPage
- CPageSetup::put_PrintArea

Our article “How to develop your own Boot Loader” has won two CodeProject awards at one time: it became the “Best C++/MFC article of June 2009” and also the “Best overall article of June 2009”.
In this article our junior specialist Alex Kolesnyk discovered the first steps and first basics of low-level programming – using the example of Boot Loader application. Readers liked his “Hello world… from the low level!”: for somebody it was the voice of nostalgia, for somebody – really first words from low-level programming.
We are glad that people got interested with our article: we like challenging tasks and promote gaining knowledge to solve them. Low-level programming is interesting, useful and absolutely non-trivial field we like working in.

The article "Driver to Hide Processes and Files" written by our specialists won the prize as The Code Project Best C++/MFC article of January 2009.
This article is based on the student project that we introduced in our ApriorIT Education section. The authors of this project works in ApriorIT now as the Junior Software Developers.
The article has been viewed for about 11 000 times during the period from January 21, when it was posted, till February 23, when the prize was announced. |

Recently we have released the new version of AutomateIT! - 0.9.4. You can download it from our SourceForge page
The new enhancements are listed below.
- Support for Calc outline functionality is added.
- Support for Named range functionality is added.
- Several new Application, ExcelWindow, Range, Worksheet, Workbook methods are implemented.
- Full EReport library support is added.
