The Q3 of 2007 has finished. It became another stage of growth for ApriorIT, bringing new events and new experience.

During these months we placed high emphasis on the virtualization tasks and remote access solutions. New sides appeared in the work with MS Terminal Services. We?re going to pay our special attention to these development areas in future.

Company continues its work in the area of open source projects. So we?ve started to implement the new version of AutomateIT! including support of wider range of office applications, in particular MindManager.

Apriorit continues to extend the research activity, so our Research Team was multiplied in the Q3. We have started deep investigations of MacOS both for PC and mobile phones, though before it was interesting for us only in respect to development process. The reverse engineering methods are used actively in these researches.

New position called Product Specialist (PS) appeared in the Testing Team. It supposes the wide range of duties. PS-s have some activities in testing, use marketing methods, carry out researches, keep up with development of the products. Their work helps to increase the transparency of development process and products quality.

We plan to apply risk management in our development process in the Q4 as well as continue to improve the estimation forming process.

Some new features appeared in the field of working with clients. In particular we established the practice of business trips to the client in order to discuss nuances of development and collaboration. The visit of our leading Software Developers and Product Specialists to Spain was the first trip of this kind.

More and more our clients prefer a non-competitive agreement within a development area or a country. We are head for a long-term collaboration in our business.

Apriorit also grows in the quantitative measuring. Our developing facilities were extended in the Q3 and we plan their further expansion. The number of QA Specialists grows greatly because of the permanent increase of projects number. Development staff increases also. Apriorit is still interested in the high-motivated people with the active life position.
