SolFS 4: To use SolFS Standard Edition, you need a license key. If you are evaluating SolFS Standard Edition, you can use a trial key. This key unlocks the same functionality as the licensed keys do (i.e. there are no limitations in the evaluation version), except that the trial key expires after certain time. Request the trial key.
SolFS 3: The unlicensed (trial) version doesn't support encryption and performs certain file operations with delay. This makes SolFS to seem slow. However SolFS is usually faster than "real" file systems (due to smaller number of kernel-mode calls). If you need to test performance of SolFS with no limitations, please request the unlock key with hardcoded expiration date. This time-limited key removes speed delays and disables the nag screen.
